How secure are my details?

Our website provides 100% safe shopping.

How can I place an order?

Very easily. Choose from one of three options: order online, over the phone or by posting your order to GEOPACKS, Unit 4A, Hatherleigh Industrial Estate, Holsworthy Road, Hatherleigh, Devon EX20 3LP.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. If you wish to pay for your order by cheque then please make the Sterling cheque made payable to ‘GEOPACKS’; please remember to add the correct postage. Invoices can be issued against purchases made by UK educational institutions where accompanied by written orders and/or order numbers. Credit terms as stated on invoice. (Invoices can not be issued through the website, only via post.)

How much is delivery?

Our delivery charge is £5.95 for mainland UK delivery only. Please call customer services if you require pricing for overseas delivery.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Most laminated and framed maps are zero-rated for VAT.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Do you offer international shipping?

No, not from the website but we can quote for international shipping over the telephone.

Can I collect my order from GEOPACKS?

Yes, although we operate primarily as a mail order company, customers are welcome to collect their own orders directly from us. Please always phone in advance so that we can check that stock is available. Please note that our London office only holds a small level of stock. Please bear in mind that products that are created to order, for example site-centred jigsaws, take up to 14 days to manufacture so orders need to be received well in advance of collection date.

Can I return my order?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s) either by e-mailing or telephoning 0870 513 3168.

My goods are faulty; how do I arrange a replacement?

If you receive goods that are faulty or are incorrect then please contact our customer services and they will arrange refund or replacement.

I have a complaint about my order; what can I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order or the level of service you have received please contact our customer services team; we always welcome feedback from our customers.
