These compact ranging poles are used for measuring slope steepness and often used in conjunction with clinometers. They're great for marking out lines, alignment or indicating boundary areas. They can also be used along with levels and theodolites.

Our compact ranging poles are four x 0.5 metre (total of two meters) which can be joined together by simply plugging together. They have black and white sections. Ideal for field trips as they fit into a rucksack, car or mini-bus!
