A plastic Anemometer which can be hand-held or permanently fixed.

Measures wind speed in m/sec or Beaufort Scale, directly read from scale on main shaft. As the wind blows harder, the arms move further out, lifting the reading bar. Ideal for primary and lower secondary pupils.
